Cole - Ullvang Picture Gallery is a private photo gallery for family and friends, run personally by Ryan Cole. It is not a commercial service.
When you sign in with Google, the site receives your name, email address, and basic profile information through Google's sign-in service. Your email address is used only to check whether you are on the list of invited family members. If you are, you can view the gallery; if not, access is denied.
A lists of invited email addresses is stored in the site's hosting configuration. A cookie keeps you signed in during your visit. The hosting platform (Microsoft Azure) may keep logs regarding usage but no additional logging is configured.
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking across other sites, and no selling or sharing of your information with anyone. Sign-in data is never used for any purpose other than access control.
Sign-in is handled by Google (Google's privacy policy) and the site is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Europe (Microsoft's privacy statement).
If you want to be removed from the invite list, contact Ryan and it will be handled right away. You can sign out at any time via this sign-out link, which ends your session and clears the sign-in cookie.
